STEP 1/10
Chop 1 spoon of ground garlic, half green onion diagonally, and prepare anchovies for soup.

Cut the radish into half-moon pieces about 1cm thick.

Make the sauce.
4 spoons of soy sauce
2 spoons of starch syrup
2 spoons of cooking wine
1 spoonful of ground garlic
Add 2 spoons of tuna sauce and mix well.

Pour 4 cups of water into a pan or a boiled pot and add 1 piece of kelp to make broth.
Boil over high heat for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, take out the kelp, add radish and anchovies for soup, and boil for about 3 minutes.

When there is foam, remove the foam.

Pour the sauce and boil for about 1 minute.

Add green onion and 2 spoons of red pepper powder and boil.

Boil the radish over medium-low heat until it is fully cooked.

It's a simple dish that can save the taste of braised radish in braised fish even though it's cooked without fish.
