Cut the square fish cake into 0.5cm pieces and the konjac into 1cm thick pieces.

Cut the green onion into 4 pieces and slice it.

Pour hot water into shredded konjac and fish cake to remove the unique smell of konjac and the fat from fish cake.

Mix soy sauce 1T, soy sauce 1/2T, cooking wine 1T, minced garlic 1/2T, starch syrup or oligosaccharide 1T, red pepper powder 1T, and sugar 1/2T without turning on the heat and bring to a boil.

When the sauce boils, stir-fry fish cake and konjac.
STEP 6/6
When stir-fried, finish with green onions, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
For fish cakes and konjac, pour boiling water to drain the oil, blanch it slightly in boiling water, mix the seasoning, and boil it, then add fish cakes and stir-fry them quickly to make the fish cakes soft and not hard.
