STEP 1/5
Soak the glass noodles first before preparing the meat and vegetables.
Put the glass noodles in a flat bowl and pour the water to soak for about 20 minutes. It takes about 20 minutes to prepare meat and vegetables.
When you soak the glass noodles, sprinkle a little soy sauce, and if you soak them, the liver cuts well. The soy sauce in the recipe is based on when you don't use it for glass noodles.
STEP 2/5
Cabbage is easy to handle by using big leaves.
Repeat with cabbage and beef. If you're worried about the smell of meat, add a little pepper. (It wasn't in the recipe.)
STEP 3/5
Please stack them over and over again.
STEP 4/5
Cut into widths to match the height of the hot pot and fill the pot. Place mushrooms or vegetables in the middle space, and glass noodles, too.
Add the amount of soy sauce and cooking wine to the water, mix well, and sprinkle evenly in the pot. It may look a little small, but the cabbage is very watery!
STEP 5/5
If you boil it with the lid closed, it's done! If you add hydroponics or crown daisy right before you eat it, it transforms into an adult taste hot pot!
Add soy sauce to soup if seasoning is weak. It's a perfect match even if you boil it with a boring soup and dip the ingredients in ponzu or sesame sauce. Enjoy your meal. ^^
