Is there a good season for all family members to sit around and eat hot pot like winter? Lol. Simply stack the crispy cabbage and beef together, and add plenty of glass noodles with mushrooms to increase the volume.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Soak the glass noodles first before preparing the meat and vegetables.
Put the glass noodles in a flat bowl and pour the water to soak for about 20 minutes. It takes about 20 minutes to prepare meat and vegetables.
When you soak the glass noodles, sprinkle a little soy sauce, and if you soak them, the liver cuts well. The soy sauce in the recipe is based on when you don't use it for glass noodles.

Cabbage is easy to handle by using big leaves.
Repeat with cabbage and beef. If you're worried about the smell of meat, add a little pepper. (It wasn't in the recipe.)

Cut into widths to match the height of the hot pot and fill the pot. Place mushrooms or vegetables in the middle space, and glass noodles, too.
