Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Prepare pork for japchae and marinate well with seasoning
Soak the glass noodles in water the night before making them
*It's good to season it the night before and put it in a container and refrigerate it
STEP 2/7
Slice flat fish cake thinly and shred carrot/onion not too thin
Soak the wood ear mushrooms in warm water, mix them, wash them, wash them with big leaves of cabbage, shake off the water, and slice them slightly thickly
Put sunflower oil in a pan and add chopped vegetables (carrots/onions/algae/wood mushrooms) and sprinkle with salt and stir-fry for 1 minute
The point is to stir-fry it until it's half-cooked
Remove the stir-fried vegetables separately in another bowl
*You can add other vegetables or mushrooms
STEP 3/7
Put the marinated pork into the pan and stir-fry the vegetables
STEP 4/7
When the pork is cooked to a certain extent, add the soaked glass noodles and stir-fry them
STEP 5/7
Add sliced flat fish cake
Stir-fry with dark soy sauce/sugar
If it's too dry, add half a cup of water and stir-fry
*Cook over medium heat
STEP 6/7
When the pork is cooked and the glass noodles turn completely transparent
STEP 7/7
Add the fried vegetables and stir-fry sesame oil and sesame seeds for 2-3 minutes
Taste the glass noodles and add dark soy sauce/sugar if you need more
It's good to eat it right away, and if it's left, refrigerate it, and stir-fry it when you eat it or put it on top of rice
If you add green leaves such as spinach or chives/chives, the color will be prettier~~
