#Grinding spinach
I pulled it out of the garden, and the roots are pretty big
If you cut and trim the roots in the yard, there's a lot of dirt on it
Wash it in running water three or four times. If you give up a lot, put it on four sides
Cut the small ones into two pieces

#Blanching spinach
Pour enough water to cover the spinach and when it starts to boil
Add 1 tablespoon of salt, add spinach from the roots, and blanch it while turning it upside down

Rinse quickly under running water, drain, and cut into bite-size pieces

Put 1 tablespoon red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon tuna extract, 1 tablespoon sesame salt in a bowl

Add minced garlic and sesame oil and red pepper powder and mix well to make the sauce
STEP 7/9
Put spinach in a bowl and green onion slices
If you mix it well, spinach and red pepper paste are done

It's crunchy, sweet, and savory spinach
Put it on a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds

It's sweet, savory, and white spinach
