I added Korean beef and made soybean paste stew after a long time. It is a beef doenjang jjigae with more savory and refreshing taste with beef.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
Please cut the beef you prepared into bite-size pieces.
I'm going to eat with the kids, so I cut it into smaller pieces.
When beef is big, it's tough and sometimes spit it out
I cut it into small pieces and put it in, and it ate well.
STEP 2/14
I tend to fry the meat first in a pot and boil it in the broth.
If you use thin beef brisket, it's better to put it in after the broth boils, but when you use soup, sunny side, or thick meat like me, the meat seems soft to eat later and tastes more savory, so I put the meat first and cook it.
Grease the pan and stir-fry the beef first.

Chop the onion into small pieces.
Families with children are good for children to eat if they cut the ingredients into small pieces like cutting them into cubes.

When the meat is cooked enough to produce oil, add the onions and stir-fry again.

I used anchovy stock again.
You can use a broth pack or liquid broth comes out well these days, so you can use it
Rice water is fine or plain water is fine.
Prepare 500ml of broth and pour it into a pot.

Boil the beef and onion broth for a while, and the bubbles will come up.
Remove the bubbles with a spoon.
Then, use a sieve to release 1T of the soy sauce and 1T of the market.

You can prepare mushrooms according to your preference
If you add too much mushrooms, it will damage the taste of beef soybean paste stew because of the mushroom scent or taste, so I think two fists are good when cut in moderation.
