Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Remove the roots of spinach and wash it well under running water

Blanch spinach in boiling water
STEP 3/12
Rinse blanched spinach quickly in cold water

Stir-fry olive oil and flour in a pot

Pour milk little by little to make sauce

Add cheddar cheese and mix well

While cooling the sauce, chop the spinach

Separate 1 egg and add the yolk to the sauce and mix well

The egg whites make meringue by foaming

Add half of the foam to the sauce and mix well

Place in baking cup and oven pan

Cook it for about 210 degrees for 15 minutes
