Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
If mushrooms touch with water for a long time, the taste and nutrition will be lost, so gently wipe the surface and inside with a wet kitchen towel

Divide 10 shiitake mushrooms into 4 pieces

Remove the top of the green bean and blanch it in boiling water

Put 3 tablespoons of cooking oil and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic in a pan and slowly add garlic oil over low heat

Add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry them
