Grilled oysters with oyster butter
It's a simple side dish that cleans raw oysters, stir-fry them in butter, and season them with soy sauce and lemon. The ingredients and seasoning are both simple, so it doesn't take 10 minutes to make grilled oyster butter. Anyone can make it delicious.

    250g
  • leek

  • Butter
    20g
  • thick soy sauce
    1/2spoon
  • lemon juice
    1/2spoon
  • ground pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Sprinkle 1/2 spoonful of coarse salt over raw oysters and gently wash the oysters with your hands. Rinse it in water about 3 times and drain it on a strainer tray.

Cut 1/3 of the green onion into 5cm long pieces and cut it in half. Green onions can be replaced with chives.
STEP 3/5
Dissolve 20g of butter in a frying pan and stir-fry the drained raw oysters on top.
STEP 4/5
When the oysters become chewy and start to cook, stir-fry 1/2 spoonful of soy sauce and lemon each.
STEP 5/5
When the moisture is gone, put the sliced green onions on top, stir-fry until the green onions die, and finish with pepper.
Oysters get tough when cooked for a long time, so they don't stir-fry for a long time.
