Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Add 2 spoons of cooking oil and 1 spoon of ground garlic
Add chopped green onions and stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes to make green onion oil.

Add the pre-soaked shiitake mushrooms with the water.

Add 1/2 of the red 99 malatang sauce
STEP 4/7

1. I recommend Hong99, the most basic malatang sauce for Marin. 2. If you add lotus root, it brings out the texture and flavor of malatang. 3. It's good to dig in the fridge^^ Please put the remaining sullen vegetables in the house at once~
