In "Delicious Guys" and "I Live Alone", Kim Minkyung A flat dumpling that I always enjoyed. I couldn't eat it when I traveled to Daegu,,, In fact, what does that taste like? Dumpling is filled with stuffing It's a dumpling... ...and at first glance it looks like a piece of paper. So I didn't eat it, Oh, Daegu people eat all kinds of spicy seasoned dishes by rolling them in flat dumplings!! I thought Kim Min-kyung wanted to experience it because she ate it so deliciously, So I bought it. And the seasoned liver that I brought from Heungnam's restaurant Put the sea snail salad and peach leaf salad together and add cucumbers and water parsley stems I seasoned it. To wrap it in a flat dumpling. Haha It's a different experience and a chewy texture that made me throw away my prejudice!! This is a delicacy. LOL

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
It's a Daegu traditional flat dumpling. It's frozen, but when I looked at the cooking method behind it, they didn't thaw it and put enough oil on a heated pan, but the problem was how to remove the attached flat dumplings was only half a row, not a row. Take it off while you're cooking
STEP 2/4
I bought it at the original Heungnam restaurant in Hamheung Naengmyeon Street, where I went on an old-fashioned tour to Euljiro and Chungmuro, and there were seasoned whelk and peach shell, so I added 3 tablespoons of red pepper paste and seasoned it together. Seasoned seasoned red-pepper sauce + seasoned red-pepper sauce + seasoned whelk + added water parsley stem + added 1 cucumber
STEP 3/4
First of all, I put enough oil as I was told, heated enough over medium heat, and then I added frozen and lumped flat dumplings and started frying them. Cook the back side slightly and turn it upside down to melt the frozen flat dumplings in oil. Then, take it out and remove each piece with chopsticks. Return the removed flat dumplings to the pan until the top swells. I melted it in oil, so it comes off better than expected. Strangely enough.
STEP 4/4
I made a chewy flat dumpling once, and I put it on top of a combination of seasoned raw fish, seasoned whelk, and seasoned Bokkeum, as well as seasoned Cheongchumja. That's the flat dumpling and the seasoned one.
