It's the season when sweet spinach is delicious. That's why I eat sweet spinach more often in winter. I went to Sing Sing Market and 300g of spinach was 1,800 won. Even if the price is good, it's too good, right? Let's make a delicious spinach pancake with seasonal spinach and oysters :)

Ingredients
  • Spinach
    100g
  • Oyster
    200g
  • pan frying powder
    1cup
  • Water
    1cup
  • fish sauce
    1spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Remove spinach roots and wash them in water about 3 times. Drain on a tray.
STEP 2/7
Prepare spinach after removing some water by cutting it into bite-size pieces.
STEP 3/7
Prepare a slice of red pepper and cheongyang pepper.
Add or subtract Cheongyang red pepper to taste.

Place 1 spoonful of salt on top of raw oysters, gently wash with hands and rinse about 3 times.

Add 1 cup of pancake flour and 1 cup of water and mix well to make a dough.
STEP 6/7
Combine spinach, oysters, chopped peppers, and 1 spoon of fish sauce on top of flour dough.
STEP 7/7
Grease a heated pan with plenty of cooking oil and spread the spinach dough round. When the bottom is golden brown, turn it over and cook the other side.
Add 1 tablespoon of fish sauce to the whole dish except for the strongly seasoned Jeon or Pancake. You can eat more delicious jeon because it's more savory :)
