Making steamed flying fish eggs simple with egg steamer (egg coo
When I'm on a diet, I often eat boiled eggs. It's not easy to boil eggs after checking the time by putting vinegar or salt in boiling water every time. In the meantime, I bought an egg cooker with my own money. I didn't even know there was such a thing, but after buying it, it was really convenient to make boiled eggs! I made super simple steamed eggs with this egg steamer.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
It's an egg cooker (egg steamer) that will make steamed eggs for flying fish.
I bought the cheapest one because it's a two-person house!
STEP 2/9
If you hold the egg steamer stand, you can put water in it.
A measuring cup comes with it, and depending on the amount of water, you can make boiled eggs hard-boiled and soft-boiled.
STEP 3/9
I'm going to make steamed eggs with flying fish roe.
I used only one egg because I was going to make a serving.
I wanted to make it soft, so I put it down on a strainer to remove the string. It gets filtered better if you let it go down with a fork.
STEP 4/9
There are people who make anchovy broth and put it in, but I tend to skip it. Add water or milk.
I added some milk this time. I added 4 spoons of milk.
STEP 5/9
I added only 1 ton of flying fish eggs with a teaspoon.
STEP 6/9
I cut up the green onions and put it in. It's good to cut it into small pieces, but I just put it in to make it quickly.
I tend to season steamed eggs with salted shrimp.
I usually eat boredom, so I added 0.5t of teaspoon.
STEP 7/9
Now prepare a small bowl for the egg cooker and put it in the egg cooker. (My egg cooker is rather small, so I could barely fit in the bowl.)
The water added the amount of water from hard-boiled alcohol. And after you put the lid on, just turn on the switch, and that's it!!
When the water evaporates, the switch turns off automatically.
The switch was turned off, so I opened the lid, checked it once more, put the water in the amount of the hard-boiled standard again, and operated the switch again. And when the power was cut off again, it was exactly what I wanted, steamed eggs.
STEP 8/9
Done. I put some chives on top.
(I have a lot of chives at home, so I'm solving them one way or another whenever I have time.)
You can skip the chives.
STEP 9/9
To be honest, I made it because I wanted to put steamed eggs in rice. :) I guess I had indigestion..
I was lazy to make porridge, so I mixed it with rice after making it like this, and most of all, it was good to make it simple, soft, and good for swallowing the throat, so I digested it well.
Steamed flying fish eggs made using egg cookers! Try making it.
