Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Place pork forelimbs in a pot and add 300ml of water.
STEP 2/12
Pour 600ml of Pepsi Cola in here.
STEP 3/12
Add 2T of soybean paste to catch the smell.
STEP 4/12
Add 1T of soy sauce.
STEP 5/12
Add one onion and a slice of green onion.
STEP 6/12
Add 1T of ginger extract, please. If you don't have ginger extract, you can add dried ginger or chopped ginger.
STEP 7/12
Add 5 to 6 bay leaves and 20 whole pepper.
STEP 8/12
Pour a little bit of soju, please. Alcohol flies away anyway, so the amount doesn't matter much.
STEP 9/12
When it starts to boil over high heat, reduce the heat to medium for 20 minutes, turn the meat over and boil for another 4 minutes. I boiled it for a total of 60 years.
STEP 10/12
Turn off the heat when the sauce is thickly soaked in the meat.
STEP 11/12
Slice the well-cooked meat thickly with a knife.
STEP 12/12
It's a sweet and delicious Pepsi-suyuk without any smell! The sweet taste is soaked in the meat, so you can eat it more deliciously.
