STEP 1/8
The sauce that will make young radish kimchi bibimbap even more delicious!
This is the sauce that I often make when I eat bibimbap.
Add 1 spoon of red pepper paste, 1 spoon of oligosaccharide, 0.5 spoon of minced garlic, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of sesame oil, and an appropriate amount of sesame seeds and mix them.
Then you can make a delicious sauce even if you just eat it.
STEP 2/8
Ta-da! The sauce for young radish kimchi bibimbap is complete.
It's much better than just mixing it with red pepper paste.
STEP 3/8
Okay! Should I mix it now?
I want to eat it as a bowl of bibimbap, so I'm going to put it in a bowl and mix it. Put rice and 3 tablespoons of de-greased tuna in a bowl
STEP 4/8
Cut young radish kimchi into bite-size pieces and put it in.
And don't put all the marinade you made, just put in an appropriate amount.
It's good to add little by little and add it when you need it's good.
STEP 5/8
Yeolmu Kimchi Bibimbap looks so delicious, right?
After rubbing it, my mouth is watering. :)
It looked even better when I mixed it in a container after a long time. My mouth is watering even now.
STEP 6/8
You can't leave out fried eggs here!
You all know that it's really good if you put half-cooked egg on top and mix it well, right?
STEP 7/8
It's even better if you pop the yolk and mix it.
Yeolmu kimchi at home! If you put it in and eat it with Yeolmu kimchi bibimbap, it's a quick meal.
STEP 8/8
After taking a bite like this, I suddenly found the bottom.
I ate it with soybean paste stew, and the combination is really good.
