Blanch tofu in boiling water for 1 minute and cool it in cold water to remove moisture lightly

Mix tofu, plain yogurt, lemon juice, and honey in a blender
STEP 3/6
When tofu cream is made, add mugwort powder and mix

Place whole wheat bread on the floor and soak the coffee stock
STEP 5/6
Put mugwort tofu cream on top and refrigerate for more than 2 hours

Sprinkle mugwort powder to complete
