Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
I used boiled quail eggs
STEP 2/7
Remove the blood from the pork and cut it into bite-size pieces
I sliced the whole garlic

Add pork, kelp, garlic, and shiitake mushrooms and boil them
When it starts to boil, boil it for 5 more minutes and take out the kelp

When the meat is more than 80% cooked
Add soy sauce for cooking wine

When the jangjorim is almost done, add the pepper and red pepper and boil it for 5 more minutes
