Making dried radish greens (feat. dried shiitake mushroom)
Winter is sad without dried radish leaves. I bought boiled dried radish greens, boiled it again, peeled it, took out the dried radish greens stored in the freezer, and naturally thawed it and cooked dried radish greens. It is also a nutritious rice that tastes and energizes you so much that you don't need any side dishes with just one bowl of rice. When you cook rice, you have already added the seasoning with soy sauce, so you don't have to add the sauce separately, so the seasoning is just right.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Boil it once, peel it, and naturally defrost the dried radish greens stored in the freezer, and cut them into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/7
Cut the dried shiitake mushrooms soaked in water into bite-size pieces.
STEP 3/7
Add 2T - 3T of soy sauce, 2T of perilla oil, and 1T of minced garlic, mix evenly, and let stand for 10 minutes until the seasoning is soaked.
STEP 4/7
Prepare rice soaked in water and mixed grains (brown rice, oats, and camut), and place seasoned dried radish greens and shiitake mushrooms on top of the rice.

Pour water soaked in dried shiitake mushrooms.

Pour a little more water than the amount. (A little more than 4 cups in total.)
STEP 7/7
Place in a pressure electric rice cooker.
Close the lid and press the cook button.
(I soak rice and mixed grains for about 30 minutes and use them to make it "white rice high-power",
The amount of water is slightly larger than the amount of rice.)
