After defrosting the sea snail in cold water, wash it three or four times in cold water, and cut it into 3-4 pieces to make it easy to eat because it is large. Of course, you can drain the water completely. The quickest and easiest way is to use a kitchen towel to absorb water.

These are vegetables seasoned with whelk. Cut cucumbers diagonally, cut them in half, and prepare cucumbers in the shape of an elongated half moon. Prepare water parsley by dividing the stem and leaf parts and cutting them into 4cm long pieces. And chop the green onions. All the ingredients are ready.

Put various vegetables in the whelk. Start the seasoning.
Add 1 tbsp minced garlic, 3 tbsp red pepper paste, 2 tbsp red pepper powder, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 4 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp plum juice, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, and mix them together.

The seasoned whelk is done. All you need to do is boil the noodles, and the seasoned whelk and the noodles are done.
Taste it, vinegar if it's not sour, soy sauce if it's not seasoned well!! If it's not sweet enough, add vinegar this time.
If Jasook whelks taste fishy, add additional fragrant white wine or plum juice to reduce the fishy aroma and taste.
