Separate the egg whites from the yolk.

When the foam rises more densely, add all the rest of the sugar and top it with a solid meringue.

Mix 1/2 amount of meringue in banana batter, then add all the remaining meringue and mix.

Put a little butter or cooking oil on a heated pan, put an appropriate amount of dough, cover it over low heat, fold it in half, cover it for 1 minute, and bake it for 1 minute.

Complete baked pancakes with chocolate syrup and fruit.
