Sweet potato radish kimchi!!!
When a box of sweet potatoes arrived home, I cooked sweet potato fries, grilled sweet potato, and ate sweet potato rice, but I thought there would be a different menu, so I made sweet potato kkakdugi.

Cooking Steps

This is sweet potato kkakdugi using sweet potatoes that can only be eaten in winter.
