STEP 1/13
Press the flesh with a kitchen towel to remove the color and cut it into bite-size pieces.

Add herb salt and 1 spoon of cooking wine to the flesh and mix well and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Put the amount of sauce in a bowl and mix well.

Cut paprika, onion and mushroom into bite-size pieces.

Slice garlic into pieces.

Put 1 spoon of olive oil and 1 piece of butter in a frying pan
Add it and melt the butter.

Add garlic and stir-fry it over low heat so that the garlic doesn't burn.

Add the flesh and cook the meat over high heat.

Add paprika, onion and mushroom.
STEP 10/13
Sprinkle with pepper and stir-fry with meat over high heat.

Pour in the mixed sauce.
STEP 12/13
Stir-fry over high heat while mixing evenly.
