Peeled potatoes 1, onion 1/3 and shiitake mushrooms 1,
Slice garlic thinly.

Pour 1 ts of olive oil into a frying pan,
Stir-fry sliced garlic for 30 seconds.

Then, add potatoes, shiitake mushrooms, and onions
Stir-fry it for 2 to 3 minutes
Season with 1ts of salt.

Stir-fried ingredients in a blender and 2 cups of milk paper
Pour (300ml) and grind finely
(With 1 minute)
Return to skillet, stirring and simmer.
Turn off the heat when the milk is boiled.

If you put it in a soup bowl, it's soft and savory
A simple potato soup is done.
(If you add pepper and salt to suit your taste
It'll work) Crispy baguette or bread
It would be nice to eat together.
1. Cut potatoes and onions into thin slices and stir-fry quickly.

3. Broccoli or other vegetables can be used instead of shiitake mushrooms.
