STEP 1/12
In addition to the amount of mold, apply butter at room temperature carefully, sift strong flour, shake it off, and coat it.
STEP 2/12
Mix room temperature orange marmalade and room temperature milk well and set aside. The orange marmalade used is homemade.
STEP 3/12
Gently dissolve butter at room temperature, add sugar and salt, and mix thoroughly with a hand mixer.
STEP 4/12
Add eggs at room temperature 3 to 4 times and whip thoroughly. Whip to the point where you can't feel sugar when you touch the dough.
STEP 6/12
Sift flour and baking powder and mix well
STEP 7/12
When the powder is mixed to a certain extent, add the pre-made milk and orange jam mix..
STEP 8/12
Mix with spatula to smooth the dough
STEP 9/12
Place the finished dough in a prepared mold and drop it a few times on the floor to arrange the dough.
STEP 10/12
Preheat to 160 degrees in Smeg oven, lower it to 150 degrees, and bake until golden for 40 to 45 minutes. We tested the skewers and if the skewers are clean, they're all cooked. Remove from the oven, remove from the mold when it cools, and cool enough in a cooling net.
STEP 11/12
Mix the icing ingredients together, pour them into the cooled cake, and coat them. When making icing, the amount of warm water can vary depending on how orange jam becomes. Adjust the amount of water by adjusting the concentration to the extent that the icing slowly drops between 11 and 15 grams.
STEP 12/12
If the coating is done, it's done when it hardens in a cold place!
