Almond Cooking: Making handmade honey butter almonds
I made honey butter almonds with the leftover almonds at home. It's a good dish to eat simply as a snack or as a side dish for drinking.

Ingredients
  • almond

  • Butter
    1T
  • Sugar
    1T
  • Honey
    1T
  • Water
    2T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Place 1T of butter in a frying pan and melt over low heat.
STEP 2/10
When butter melts, add 1T of sugar and 2T of water.
STEP 3/10
Add 1T of honey.
STEP 4/10
Bring to a simmer stirring sauce.
STEP 5/10
When the water starts to boil, add two handfuls of almonds and stir-fry well.
STEP 6/10
Cool the fried almonds in a bowl.
STEP 7/10
Grind 1T of sugar in a blender and make a sugar powder.
STEP 8/10
When the almonds are cold, put them in a plastic bag and pour in the sugar powder.
STEP 9/10
Tie bag and shake well and coat almonds with sugar powder.
STEP 10/10
Honey Butter Almond, which is good to eat as a snack, is complete!
