STEP 1/9
First, I washed the chicory clean.
I tried to eat hard to go on a diet, but the chicory was left unattended because it fizzled out.. So I picked out the withering parts and removed them.

I'm going to make a chicory salad.
Drain the clean chicory and place it in a bowl. And I cut a small big tomato and put it on the chicory.

(About 30g of almonds per day)
If I just want to eat almonds, it doesn't work well.
So I try to eat it like this because it tastes good if I break it into small pieces and put it in.
I broke 5 almonds into small pieces.

Add 1 boiled egg into thin slices.
I bought a really cheap egg steamer and I'm using it so well. Especially, it's so easy to make boiled eggs!

I was going to add balsamic, but I added 2 spoons of yogurt.
Originally, I eat Kirkland Greek yogurt sold at Costco, but it's too much and it's a bit thick, so it's just like that.
So this time I bought a bioplane yogurt from Costco and it's soft and refreshing, so it's delicious!

If you sprinkle the crushed almond powder on top, the chicory salad is complete. It's good to have a diet meal at night, and it's delicious and you can take care of your health.
Soft yogurt, sweet and sour tomatoes, and chicory's pungent yet refreshing taste go well together and it's delicious.

The next day, I made chicory salad.
I ate it with yogurt again this time! When I eat chicken breast salad, I often eat balsamic vinegar, so fresh yogurt tastes better in this refreshing salad.

This time, I added sprout barley.
I grew and dried sprout barley myself and made sprout barley powder! It's delicious even if you sprinkle it on top of milk.

When you eat salad, sprinkle a little bit of sprout barley powder on top, it tastes like green tea, but it's delicious.
Sprout barley powder is surprisingly attractive, so there is no objection to sprinkling it on top of yogurt.
