STEP 1/10
Most of the vegetables are cut into similar sizes, but please prepare the mushrooms or sprouts in thin slices, garlic slices, paprika slices, and onions in cubes.

Wash shrimp after defrosting and season with salt and pepper.

First, put olive oil on medium heat

Add sliced garlic and cook over medium heat until golden brown.

When garlic is cooked, add Vietnamese pepper and flavor over low heat.

Now add the mushrooms and onions and stir-fry.

When the onion becomes transparent, shrimp to go

When the shrimp is slightly cooked, stir-fry the weak vegetables, tomatoes and paprika.
Add salt, sugar, fish sauce, and pepper

If you sprinkle paprika, it's done!!

Baguette bread in an air fryer or oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes!!
It's the best if you grill it lightly and dip it in oil^^
Vegetables include bell pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, and various mushrooms..Anything is fine. However, if you stir-fry it for a long time, it will be mushy and less delicious, so stir-fry it slightly!! And since it's oil, it doesn't taste good when it's cold. Put it in a gratin container or iron pan so that it doesn't cool down quickly^^
