Black Bean Noodles with Spam and Black Bean Noodles
I cooked two dishes with black bean paste at once. You can also taste spaghetti with Parmesan cheese powder. Please refer to the video. It says that the amount of chunjang is 3 to 4 servings, but I added 2 servings of vegetables. If you want more than 2 servings, add more vegetables

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Cut onions close to a square. Cut green onions, carrots, paprika, etc. into bite-size pieces.

Mix 3 tablespoons of potato starch in half a cup of cold water in advance.

Spam cooks well without oil. I pre-baked it.
STEP 4/9
Add a tablespoon of grape seed oil and stir-fry vegetables and set aside.

Add a tablespoon of grape seed oil and stir-fry the chunjang quickly. It can burn quickly, so scoop up 2 cups of water in advance and pour it before burning.

Add stir-fried vegetables.
STEP 7/9
Pour the starch water that you made beforehand.
STEP 8/9
Season and add 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide. It becomes thicker after turning off the gas stove.

Put rice and jajangmyeon first and put spam on it.
Here's the recipe for Chunjanggwak. The recipe is different for each black bean paste, and it doesn't taste good even if you follow that recipe. After you finish making the sauce, taste it and adjust it with water. Add starch powder to thicken, but make sure to mix it in cold water beforehand. The more vegetables you put in, the more delicious it is, and adding corn, cabbage, and peas is also delicious. Please refer to the video.
