STEP 1/8
I cut the squid as soon as I bought it, divided it into parts, and kept it in the freezer. I used it after defrosting it in the refrigerator a day before and washing it in water. I only used half of it.
STEP 2/8
Butter needed for squid butter fried rice!
Add half a spoon of butter to a heated pan. Add 0.3 spoons of minced garlic and stir-fry together. If you have whole garlic, it's delicious even if you slice garlic. But I didn't have whole garlic, so I added minced garlic.
STEP 3/8
There were onions in the refrigerator, so I put them together and fried them.
You can skip the onions.
STEP 4/8
When both onions and butter are well fried, cut the squid into small pieces and stir-fry them together. I can already smell the delicious smell!
STEP 5/8
Season with herb salt when squid is about to ripen and change color. And add rice and stir-fry it well.
I put in one and a half bowls of rice!
STEP 6/8
Squid butter fried rice is almost done. Add half a spoon of oyster sauce if well fried with rice.
STEP 7/8
Squid butter fried rice is done!
It's a taste that children like, so it's good to make it quickly in the morning. It's good to stir-fry shrimp together.
It's delicious if you add a little pepper at the end or cut vegetables into small pieces.
STEP 8/8
The chewy texture of the squid is good and it's delicious because it's soaked in just the right amount of seasoning. I made a super simple breakfast and ate it, and it was perfect without taking out the side dishes. It has the savory taste of butter, so it's even better! You can wrap it with seaweed, add a piece of kimchi, or it's perfect for kimchi stew. Try making and eating squid butter fried rice!
