Cooking Steps
STEP 1/16
When using dried beans or tiger beans, soak them enough and boil them together. When using raw beans, boil them well after 2/3 of the beans are cooked!

First, wash the skin of the old pumpkin clean.

Wash the red beans clean, pour about 4 times the water of the red beans, and boil them.
You can boil the red beans as they are, or boil the old red beans for about 10 minutes, discard the first water, and boil them again.

Microwave the pumpkin as it is and heat it for about 5 minutes. That makes it easier to peel.
If the pumpkin is big, put it in a steamer and steam it a little bit.
