Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Shred sweet potatoes and rinse rice cakes in hot water.
STEP 2/4
Shake off the inside of the ripe kimchi, rinse it lightly in water, squeeze it out, and cut it finely.
STEP 3/4
Mix the prepared sweet potatoes, rice cakes, and ripe kimchi with whole wheat flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cold water. You can simply replace it with pancake mix.
