STEP 1/10
I cut the chicken legs with scissors. Just cut the flesh with scissors around the end of the leg. Cut the tendon with scissors.
STEP 2/10
Add scissors to the leg meat and cut it in half.
STEP 3/10
Use scissors to separate the flesh from the bone.
STEP 4/10
If you completely separate the meat from the leg bones, you're done with the chicken leg meat
STEP 5/10
Dip the trimmed chicken legs in milk for about 30 minutes to remove the smell.
STEP 6/10
Wash the chicken from milk in clean water and season with salt and pepper.
STEP 7/10
While the chicken is marinated, add the prepared ingredients and make the sauce.
STEP 8/10
Add starch and egg whites to chicken leg meat and coat with starch evenly.
STEP 9/10
Grease the pan and fry until golden brown in front and back.
STEP 10/10
Put the salad on a plate and cut the fried chicken leg into pieces and put it on top
1. If you buy boneless chicken leg meat, you can cook it easily without having to trim it.
2. It can be used as other parts of chicken, but I recommend using chicken leg meat because it is moist and soft.
3. To preserve the crispness of the fries, place the sauce separately and pour just before eating.
