Preparation of materials
STEP 2/8
Chop kimchi into small pieces, shred onions, and mash spam in a sanitary bag. (See video)
STEP 3/8
Put 1 spoonful of cooking oil and 2 spoonfuls of perilla oil and stir-fry it with kimchi and sugar. (Put sugar as much as you like)
STEP 4/8
When kimchi is out of breath, mashed spam
STEP 5/8
Add chopped onions and mix,
STEP 6/8
Pour 3 spoons of red pepper powder and 1 cup of water and stir-fry as if cooking. (You can take out red pepper powder.)
STEP 7/8
Stir-fry enough. (Stir-fry while mixing well so that the kimchi doesn't lie down.)
STEP 8/8
Turn off the heat, sprinkle 1 spoon of perilla oil and sesame seeds and mix it's done!
- Add fried kimchi to rice topped with rice, kimchi fried rice, and ingredients for kimbap.
