The year-end party is special with lobster butter garlic sauce
Let's stay home at the end of this year because of this koshi soup. So I decided to make some special food and bought lobster. It's such a high-quality ingredient that I tried to make it carefully, but it was a huge success!! It's simpler than I thought, but it's much better than I thought, so I strongly recommend El Lobster at the end of the year.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
If you order a lobster as a living thing, they put this fast-freezing thing in the icebox and it's still alive. It's really scary because you roll your eyes and move them, but you're not confident in taking care of the living things. Buy it self-reflection. There's no big difference in taste unless it's for sashimi^^
STEP 2/15
First, clean the area around the lobster's mouth and between its legs with a brush and steam it so that the intestines do not flow, putting your stomach in the sky like in the picture.
STEP 3/15
I put in a cup of beer and boiled it so that it wouldn't smell fishy, and when it started to boil, I put in the lobster and steamed it for 15 minutes.
STEP 4/15
Twist the head of the lobster, cut off all the small legs for ramen, and cut the body from the belly skin with scissors, and cut it in half with a knife.
And the legs of the king tongs have a lot of flesh, so if you peel them, take out only the flesh, put them back in the shell, and season them, they don't flow and it's good.
STEP 5/15
It's a picture of three lobsters fighting while grooming them
STEP 6/15
Now, prepare the butter garlic sauce when you boil the lobster for 15 minutes, but first, melt the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds.
STEP 7/15
Then add oligosaccharide, garlic, lemon juice and mayonnaise and mix well.
STEP 8/15
Mix a little parsley powder in a well-mixed sauce to make it look good and the sauce is complete.
STEP 9/15
Now spread the separated lobsters in an oven pan or airfenriar and cover with plenty of buttergarlic sauce.
STEP 10/15
Then sprinkle mozzarella cheese and a little parsley, and you're ready.
STEP 11/15
Heat it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes and it's done!!
STEP 12/15
When the cheese melts, you can take it out because it's all cooked, and you have to cut the tongs' legs to prevent the sauce from flowing. Be careful because cheese will flow like me if it's a guide to the cut.
STEP 13/15
I moved it to the finished bowl, so it's still worth seeing
STEP 14/15
I just took off the flesh on one side of my leg
It's easy to lose weight and since I bought a living thing, it's very firm and elastic^^
STEP 15/15
It's a picture of me when I only bought the trimmed legs, and I recommend this product. It's convenient and less trashK
And I was so scared of living things that I sweated a lot to take care of them
If you want to cut off ramen with lobster legs, don't boil the legs in advance, but boil the ramen right away^^
