Ingredients
  • Tofu

  • Carrot
    1/3ea
  • onion
    1/4ea
  • Red pepper
    1ea
  • a faraway party
    1/2T
  • thick soy sauce
    4T
  • plum extract
    1T
  • crushed garlic
    1T
  • chopped ginger
    1/10T
  • Red pepper powder
    1T
  • Sesame
    1T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut tofu in half and cut it into 8 pieces
STEP 2/8
Chop the carrots and onions
STEP 3/8
Add cooking oil and stir-fry carrots first, then add onions and stir-fry them together Sprinkle salt on it
STEP 4/8
Push the stir-fried vegetables aside, add the chopped tofu, and fry until golden
STEP 5/8
Pour cooking oil on the edge of the pan, turn the tofu over, and cook the other side until golden brown
STEP 6/8
Reduce heat and simmer 1/2T thick soy sauce 4T plum extract 1T minced garlic 1T minced ginger 1T red pepper powder 1T
STEP 7/8
Put the sliced red pepper in the freezer and mix the tofu and vegetables to make the sauce cut
