If I were to make risotto I think it'll be harder than pasta. Today, I'm going to make something simple with rice I made rose risotto.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Prepare ingredients for risotto (refer to ingredients)
STEP 2/11
Chop the onion into small pieces,
Prepare the garlic by slicing it.
STEP 3/11
Chop the bacon into small pieces,
The mushrooms are big
I sliced it into quarters.
When you stir-fry mushrooms, you lose your breath
You have to cut it into big pieces for the texture to be good.
STEP 4/11
Put 2T of butter in the pan
Stir-fry minced onions and garlic.
Until onions and garlic turn brown
Stir-fry it over medium heat so that it doesn't burn.
STEP 5/11
If you stir-fry it until it's brown
It tastes better.

When the ingredients are golden
100ml tomato sauce, 3-4T tomato paste
Then, make rose sauce
STEP 7/11
Add 200ml of whipped cream and 100ml of milk.

ground Parmesan solid cheese
Or add sliced cheese,
Add a little pepper.

Add rice and boil it.
Risotto is supposed to stir-fry rice
I'm going to cook it with the texture.
