Making Rudolph Peanut Butter Cookie (+Video) Hyosum
Put pretzels and chocolate in a nutty peanut butter cookie I made a simple and cute Rudolph cookie!! The cookies aren't as sweet as I thought because the peanut butter is salty! And the texture is crispy, soft, and chewy, so it tastes better^^ *For 14 pieces.

  • brown sugar

  • Salt

  • Gravity powder

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Gently beat in soft butter and peanut butter, then add brown sugar and salt and mix thoroughly.
STEP 2/8
Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
STEP 3/8
Sift together the gravitational pull and baking soda and mix until no powder is visible.
STEP 4/8
Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
STEP 5/8
When the tissue is finished, divide the dough by 45g and make it round.
STEP 6/8
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 for 8 minutes.
STEP 7/8
Insert 2 pretzels each as soon as you take them out of the oven. Then bake at 180 for another 2 minutes.
STEP 8/8
Stick in the chocolate when it's warm. Choco chips are eyes, m&m chocolate is nose!
