STEP 1/12
Prepare ingredients such as buckwheat noodles and radish chives
STEP 2/12
Prepare buckwheat soba broth.
When you make it easily at home
You can use Tzuyu.
You just need to dilute it with water
You have to change the ratio depending on the concentration level.
In my case, I made it with handmade tzuyu
I prepared 200ml of water and 60ml of tsuyu.
I'm going to put ice in it
I made the concentration a bit darker.
STEP 3/12
If you can afford to make it in advance
Put the diluted broth in a zipper bag
If you freeze it in the freezer, it'll float on thin ice
You can taste making buckwheat noodles
STEP 4/12
Prepare garnish to garnish.
Chop the chives.
If you don't have chives, chop the green onions into small pieces.
It's even better with the scent^^
STEP 5/12
Grind the radishes on a grater.
The green part has a strong sweetness
I changed the green part.
STEP 6/12
After you remove the moisture
Put it in the refrigerator and leave it cold.
STEP 7/12
Boil the buckwheat noodles.
Add enough water to cover the noodles
When it boils, add the noodles.
Mix it naturally with chopsticks and boil it.
STEP 8/12
Unlike noodles
You don't have to put cold water in the middle of cooking
Bubbles are coming up
Boil it until it's cooked to make it easy to eat.
STEP 9/12
After boiling it, rinse it in cold water
Shake off the water.
STEP 10/12
I'll roll up the noodles
I put it in a bowl.
Add dried seaweed flakes with garnish
It looks much more delicious.
If you add color with cherry tomatoes
It looks good and it's good to eat^^
STEP 11/12
In a small bowl, place the liver, chives, and wasabi.
You can put it in a big bowl and eat it at once
I put it in little by little
I feel like it's more delicious

Why don't you enjoy it.
