Cut the tofu into cubes, put 1 dad's spoon of perilla oil and 1 dad's spoon of cooking oil in a pan, sprinkle salt on it, and put it separately!

Please prepare 1 paprika, 1 cheongyang pepper, 1/2 large onion, 2 shiitake mushrooms, 1 green onion, and bok choy as shown in the picture.

Grease a pan with plenty of cooking oil and stir-fry onions, green onions, and paprika first over hot heat first!

Add 2 shiitake mushrooms, 1 cheongyang pepper, and bok choy, pepper and 1 dad's spoon of oyster sauce and stir-fry.
STEP 5/6
If the vegetables are golden brown and the bok choy is somewhat out of breath, add the grilled tofu, stir-fry more, and turn off the heat.
