Stir-fried Congolese with vinegar and simple side dish
I went to a tofu restaurant and they sold congee, so I bought it and made it.

Ingredients
  • Flag of Congo
    70g
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Carrot
    1/3ea
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    2ea
  • Beef bulgogi seasoning
Cooking Steps

It's 70g of Congolese.
STEP 2/6
Soak in lukewarm water for 20 minutes.
Drain on a sieve and squeeze by hand.
STEP 3/6
Slice onions, carrots, and cheongyang peppers.
STEP 4/6
Grease the pan and stir-fry all the ingredients.
STEP 5/6
When the vegetables are cooked to a certain extent, add a tablespoon of beef bulgogi seasoning and stir-fry.
If it's bland, add another tablespoon and saute to season.
STEP 6/6
It's delicious because the chewy texture is like meat.
Except for Cheongyang red pepper, it's very good as a side dish for children.
