STEP 1/8
Cut dried filefish fillet with scissors.
STEP 2/8
Add 2T of soy sauce, 1T of red pepper powder, 1T of minced garlic, 2T of mirin, 2T of water, and a little sesame and mix.
STEP 3/8
Stir-fry sliced dried filefish fillet in a dry pan until golden brown.
STEP 4/8
When you put the sauce in the pan and it starts boiling

Add dried filefish fillet and stir-fry while mixing.

Add 1T of mayonnaise, 1T of grain syrup, and 1T of sesame oil
STEP 7/8
If you mix it, that's it's over.
1. Oligosaccharide or starch syrup can be used instead of grain syrup
2. When stir-frying dried filefish fillet, fry it in a dry pan without cooking oil
3. Mayonnaise and grain syrup should be put in at the end to make it glossy
4. If you put it in the refrigerator, it becomes hard and stores it at room temperature (make it moderately and leave it at room temperature)
