Stir-fried smoked duck with oyster sauce

Smoked duck is a common product that can be purchased at the mart.

Smoked duck is 600g.
STEP 3/10
Cut 1 onion and 1 paprika into bite-sized pieces. And wait a little bit!

Bake 600g of smoked duck in a frying pan.

Smoked duck produces a lot of oil. It came out more than I thought.

I removed about 90% of the oil with a kitchen towel.
If there's a lot of oil, the seasoning doesn't soak up well.

When all the oil is removed, add the prepared onions and paprika.

Then, add 2T of soy sauce.
It doesn't matter if it's seasoned soy sauce or dark soy sauce.

Add 2T of oyster sauce.

Finally, add 1T of pepper and mix well.
Smoked duck is cooked anyway
You don't have to cook it thoroughly.
I put in the pepper and turned off the heat after 2-3 minutes of seasoning.
And if you put it nicely in a bowl, it's done!
Remove enough oil before adding vegetables. Otherwise, the vegetables absorb all the oil and the vegetables become mushy, so the texture is not good. Removing oil is important because this dish is a combination of crunchy + smoked duck of onions and paprika!
