STEP 1/11
Put 100g of rice in a bowl
(I used frozen brown rice that I divided into two.)
STEP 2/11
Place shredded or chopped cabbage on top of rice.
(Since 100g of rice is not enough, you can digest well and feel full if you add cabbage and eat cabbage rice.)
STEP 3/11
Cover the silicone and microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
(If it's not frozen rice, heat the cabbage for a while (1 minute to 1 minute and 30 seconds)
STEP 4/11
Make sure the rice and cabbage are cooked well, and sprinkle sesame seeds, seaweed powder, and salt on the rice balls. (It's better if you add furigake sprinkled on the rice balls.)
STEP 5/11
Cut the white part of the green onion and one Cheongyang pepper into small pieces and place it on top of the rice (relieving the slippery texture of the natto)
STEP 6/11
Add all the soy sauce and mustard sauce in the natto and mix them
(Soy sauce and mustard in natto) is the end of the seasoning / You can mix it and add more seasoning to your taste.)
STEP 7/11
Mix with chopsticks to make the thread stretch
STEP 8/11
Put natto in the middle of the bowl
STEP 9/11
Make a bird's nest shape into a concave shape
STEP 10/11
Put the yolk in the middle of the natto
STEP 11/11
Sprinkle 1T of fresh perilla oil
Depending on your preference, sesame oil and perilla oil are good
You can use chives instead of green onions
If you add onions and pickled radish, it's delicious because it adds a refreshing taste!
If you eat natto bibimbap with grilled seaweed or gamtae
Even those who don't like natto can enjoy it!
Enjoy your meal!
