STEP 1/8
Beef is prepared in 1 to 2mm thick, which is bulgogi persimmon.
Press down with a kitchen towel to remove the color~
If you press it too hard, the kitchen towel on the meat
Don't show off your strength to the meat^^
STEP 2/8
Add all the seasoning for the meat and mix it well and leave it for about 20 minutes
The weight is kindly explained below!
Man-re-explanation is unkind...If you use all the ingredients, you can't see everything on your mobile...
2 spoons of sugar (20g)
1 spoon of ground garlic (20g)
2 spoons of thick soy sauce (16g)
1 spoon of anchovy sauce, (8g)
1 spoon of mirin (8g)
1 spoon of sesame oil (4-5g)
20g of minced green onion (2 tablespoons)
STEP 3/8
Divide one into three pieces and make it 1cm thick
200-250g thick tofu
Cut 2 sheets of cabbage (about 50g) to suit your taste
STEP 4/8
Grab the noodles a little bit and 50g
Prepare 200g of rice cake by defrosting it gently
Boil the glass noodles in advance as written in the instructions
Mine's been boiled for about 6 minutes
STEP 5/8
Add all the sauce and mix
STEP 6/8
Put 22cm of ingredients in a hot pot or frying pan, meat or rice cake
Place glass noodles, cabbages, mushrooms, and tofu evenly and add seasoning evenly.
If you put the meat in a lump like the picture, it will be cooked as a lump, so spread it as wide as possible on the floor or disperse it well to boil.
I wanted to take a pretty picture, so I made it into a lump...If you boil it like that when you really eat it, you will see the whole meat
STEP 7/8
Put 1 fist of shiitake and 5g in between hot pot ingredients
Pour in 400cc of water.
Put anchovy broth or commercial beef bone broth in water for 200cc each
It's even more delicious
STEP 8/8
When the water starts to boil, put it on medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes
Boil it and taste it. It won't be like that! if you don't have enough liver
Season slightly with seasoned salt or dark soy sauce
I recommend seasoned salt!
The soup is very good
