STEP 1/6
I have frozen raw seaweed as it is with sea water Defrosted at room temperature.
STEP 2/6
I washed the thawed seaweed several times under running water and drained it with a sieve as much as much as possible. The raw seaweed is in the same condition as when it is soaked in water for 20 to 30 minutes without freezing and washed several times in running water.
STEP 3/6
A handful of washed seaweed is caught with one hand. two handfuls of raw seaweed
STEP 4/6
Wash and drain as much raw seaweed as possible, so cut it into bite-size pieces.
STEP 5/6
In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil + 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon of ground sesame evenly.
STEP 6/6
Then add the raw seaweed and coat it until the seasoning is soaked in the sauce.
This is a tip I got from buying raw seaweed, too. If you don't eat raw seaweed right away, they tell you to freeze raw seaweed in plastic enough to eat it without washing it. The frozen raw seaweed was washed several times under running water and taken out by a sieve, and the stiff raw seaweed was soft. If you eat it right away, buy raw seaweed, soak it in water for 20 to 30 minutes, shake it in running water to wash all the dirty things on the seaweed. If you bought a lot of raw seaweed, don't wash it and freeze it in the freezer.
