I wanted to eat fried fish like tangsuyuk, so I fried boneless flounder with gluten-free tapioca starch. I don't know if it's a side dish or a side dish for alcohol as I dip it in salt or holsradish sauce with the chewyness of tapioca starch and crispy fried flounder that's fried twice
