Making gyudon
It's gyudon with Japanese beef rice. It's easy to make, but I recommend eating alone^^

  • Beef bulgogi

  • Scallions

  • Eggs

  • ground pepper

  • Cooking oil

  • instant rice

  • Soy sauce

  • Tzuyu
    2spoon
  • cooking wine
    2spoon
  • Sugar
    1spoon
  • Water
    180~200ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Press the beef back and forth with a kitchen towel to remove the color and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 2/9
Cut the onions not too thin and chop the green onions.
STEP 3/9
Add enough seasoning and mix well.
STEP 4/9
Grease a heated frying pan with a little cooking oil, add beef, and sprinkle pepper on it.
STEP 5/9
When the meat is cooked, add the onion and stir-fry together.
STEP 6/9
Pour the mixed sauce and boil it over high heat. When it boils up, reduce it to medium-low heat and boil it down.
STEP 7/9
Boil the soup to a boiling point.
STEP 8/9
Put the rice in a bowl and put the beef on it.

Place egg yolk in the middle and sprinkle chives to complete.
