STEP 1/13
Prepare ingredients for chestnut pumpkin, 1/3T salt, mozzarella cheese, 1 slice cheese, and 1 egg.
STEP 2/13
1. Wash chestnut pumpkins clean
If you wash it with baking soda, it will be cleaner.
STEP 3/13
2. Put the clean chestnut pumpkin in the plastic and microwave it for 2 minutes.
STEP 4/13
3. You can cut it easily by taking out the chestnut pumpkin that was microwaveed for about 2 minutes and cutting the top with a knife. Cut off the top a little and scoop out the seeds in the chestnut pumpkin with a spoon
STEP 5/13
4. After digging out all the seeds, break in an egg.
STEP 6/13
5. Poke the yolk with a fork so that the egg doesn't explode and add 1/3T of salt, but the chestnut pumpkin is small, so I put in a pinch.
STEP 7/13
6. Add 1 slice of cheese into 4 pieces.
STEP 8/13
7. Top with mozzarella pizza cheese.
STEP 9/13
8. If you just put it in the microwave, it might explode, so please put it in the microwave.
STEP 10/13
9. Cook in the microwave for 4 minutes.
STEP 11/13
Chestnut pumpkins and grasshoppers are done!!!!!
STEP 12/13
I had to cut it nicely with a knife, but the visuals are a bit disappointing...
I'm a bit disappointed that I want to add more pizza cheese, but I'm on a diet, so I'll rationalize it.
STEP 13/13
Chestnut pumpkin is fluffy because it feels like you're not eating pumpkin with your eyes closed, but eating a lot of sweet chestnuts in your mouth, and when you eat chestnut pumpkin with egg slut, the plainness of the egg and the savory taste of cheese were in harmony with the fluffy sweetness of chestnut pumpkin.
The chestnut pumpkin is so fresh that it feels like I'm eating chestnut pizza. I really enjoyed the meal.
