Egg drop sandwich
I made my own egg drop sandwich using the sauce in the refrigerator I made it with thick bread and it was enough for a hearty meal

Ingredients
  • a plain bread
    1/3ea
  • egg
    3ea
  • Sliced ham
    4piece
  • Butter
    1T
  • condensed milk
    1T
  • parsley powder
    little
  • Mayonnaise
    2T
  • Ketchup
    2T
  • Honey mustard
    4T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Divide the whole bread into three parts and use the middle part
STEP 2/9
Cut it into three equal parts and cut it to 2/3 points
STEP 3/9
Beat in 3 eggs and mix 2T of mayonnaise and 2T of ketchup
STEP 4/9
Place bread on a heated pan and bake evenly on the outside
STEP 5/9
Remove the baked bread and melt 1T of butter
STEP 6/9
Add eggs to paste and scramble
STEP 7/9
Put mayonnaise and ketchup sauce on one side of the bread, and honey mustard sauce on the other side
STEP 8/9
Add 2 slices of ham
STEP 9/9
Add scramble, sprinkle condensed milk, and sprinkle parsley
