Chop enoki mushrooms and carrots into small pieces for the child to eat.
*You can put any vegetables in the refrigerator.

The minced beef, which was made of cubes, was soaked in cold water for about 10 minutes to remove blood.

Add beef, enoki mushrooms, carrots and 1 egg and mix well.
*Please use 2 yolks for children with egg white allergies.(It's harder to run a battery if you put in the yolk.)

I added a bit of salt, but if you don't eat salt, please skip the seasoning.

Grease a frying pan, wipe lightly with a kitchen towel, and top with a spoonful of dough. This recipe has about 8 to 10 recipes.
